A nice gite with all modern facilities located in a small village with a restaurant and shop.

The owners Nicola and Mark are friendly and very helpful - nothing seems to be too much trouble.

The area is a great place to visit and we hope to return again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. La Maison Bleue was very clean (not always the case in some gites we have stayed in) and well equipped.

Village is quiet and convenient for visiting the many interesting places to visit.

It's location a few km the Nante Brest Canal was a real bonus.

We did miss any Wi Fi connection but it is available a few minutes away at the owners property.

The village only has a small shop/bar which stocks most essentials including bread but only a limited amount. Croissants only available to order but the very friendly lady has no problem doing this for you. Just ask and they appear each morning.

Altogether a good value gite run by a highly professional and very friendly english couple. If you do get any problems they will instantly sort them out. Not that we had any.

Lovely area and well worth visiting.

We have had another restorative fortnight in Réminiac (and environs). It has been so handy to have the shop and bar on the doorstep!

We had two good meals at The Megaliths at Monteneuf and felt very welcome there.

The gîte is a delight to come to - you anticipate our every need. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and for the welcome you give us.

See you again next year!

I have recently returned from a week staying in the beautiful Maison Crème in Reminiac Brittany.

There were 7 of us 3 Adults, 4 Kids and the accommodation was perfect for our 1st Gite holiday in France. Lots of room inside and out with all of the facilities you could possibly need.

Great Base to Stay to explore the area with lots of things to do and see. Carnac Alignments and the Beaches (approx. 45mins away) are a must see. There was even a Maize Maze, which the Kids & adults loved.

Other highlights of our stay were Branfere Zoo where you can feed the Wallabies and Run in the trees on the Trampoline walkway. Kids also loved driving the Motorised boats on the Lake at St Malo de Beignon.

the website has loads of ideas of things to do and places to visit so I highly recommend checking that out.

The picturesque town of Malestroit is only about 10km away and has supermarkets, restaurants & bars for you to stock up and sample.

Overall a Fantastic Holiday from which I did not want to come home, I have been back 1 week and already thinking about booking for two weeks next year.

What a fantastic fortnight we have had! The Brittany weather was amazingly hot! This is our tenth year staying at one of Nicola's gites and as usual everything we needed was there, including novels for us to read! We visited our usual haunts - La Gacilly, Rochefort, Market at Malestroit, Damgan, Auberge voyages de jeux on the one day it rained, and a new experience, we hired bikes at St Congrad and cycled the river to St Martin. Thank you and see you next year!

We had a wonderful two weeks in Reminiac. Thanks Nicola for arranging such beautiful weather and the very useful walking pack. We hope to be back next year, as there is still so much to see and do.

We (4 of us including 2 small children) stayed at the Gite during our summer holiday.
The gite had everything you would need. A lovely quiet surrounding (on morning jogs I would come across only the odd car or two) which our sons loved exploring.
Very well situated close to traditional french towns. We loved exploring canals, local towns and had a wonderful day trip to the beach.

Many thanks for a wonderful week in La Maison Bleue.

La Maison Bleue has perfectly met our needs as a family of 4.

Our children (aged 5 and 2) very much enjoyed their day on the beach at Damgan. We also visited Vannes and would recommend 'Le Petit Train'. We also spent an afternoon at the Mehnirs of Menteneuf.

The wine from the Cave at Malestroit is also highly recommended (for parents!).

We had a great lunchtime menu de Jour at 'La Pizzeria' also in Malestroit and a lovely walk along the canal watching the locks!

Many thanks once again for a very enjoyable holiday
