Hello Mike,or as we used to call you "Roscoe".You was in Somerset House with me at Golding's,along with Tony Angell,Paul Walkenden, who remembers you well,Bobby Macnamara,Mike Hultum,Barry and Trevor Davison in the same House. You came into Goldings December 1961 and left May 1964 from Blackpool. You trained as a Painter and Decorator and you won the junior prize in your trade. You finished up as a group leader in Somerset. In your early days you was in the second Table Tennis Team with Mike Hultum, but later finished up in the first team with Guy Willougby,Billy Ireland, and Trevor Davison Spring 1964,Pop Steele ran the team and he still comes to our reunion.I think Shorne Kane was involved with Table Tennis also. In the Gala Dance and Fancy Dress you was one of the couples winners with Billy Ireland as Batman and Robin.Happy Days! On the Golding's Web Site are copies of the School Magazine which was printed every term at Golding's,if you click on them you can read them the time when you was there, regards Dave Blower.
