Hello Everyone
I will not be attending this years Old Boys Reunion, due to a few mishaps with my health, which some of you are aware of.
I do appreciate the get well card from the Old Boys thankyou Dave.
I can assure you that I will be sadly missing the Reunion this year and reminiscing with the Old Boys.
Please give my regards to the reunion team, and also my apologies.
I am not sure if everyone is aware , but my wife passed away at the end of May.
Not because she was my wife, but she was an incredible woman in what she achieved in her lifetime for the benefit of others. Receiving her M.B.E. just after I received mine in 1993. We had so many laughs together about me being the winner in our race for our M.B.E.s.
I do hope the numbers will be good this year as when people miss reunions it can become habit forming, so I wish you all good luck.
I send my kindest regards to you and your family, from one of the worst carpenters to come out of Goldings, (so said Mr. Broster ,and also I believe Stormy Tempest agreed )

Hi Dave, I trust you and yours are keeping safe and well and that life is starting to return to normal for you. I haven't heard from you regarding the upcoming reunion and wondered if you wouldn't mind forwarding the email to me please, not that I will be able to attend, as we still have lots of restrictions here in Australia, which makes leaving and returning to this big brown island, complicated, however, it would be good to know that it is going ahead and what has been planned. My visit in 2019 is still a very very fond memory of catching up with people like yourself, and I was impressed that many Old Boys were from Somerset House, Cairns, Aberdeen and MacAndrew, but I think I was the only representative of Pelham?
Whenever you are holding the reunion, I wish you a great turnout and some wonderful weather as well, thank you for all that you do for this function, which is obviously very time consuming and demands all your forethought in the planning. Cheers for now
