Dear Carolyn
I was very sad to hear of David's passing.
I wish to send you mine and my brothers very sincere condolences on the passing of David.
I was honoured to have known David whilst at Goldings, and so pleased to see him and yourself at the reunions.He will be greatly missed but never forgotten as was his father, to whom I owe so much.
