So sorry to learn that Johnny Sansom has died. He was a kind man, an exceptional sportsman and highly thought of by my Father. He would have become School Captain, but at the age of 16, he suddenly learnt he was really 17+ and was called up into the RAF a few months later. I always enjoyed talking with Johnny at the Reunions and he always asked after my Sister. I think they fancied each other just a little as teenagers. An outstanding member of the Family and always a great supporter of the Reunions.
