J. V EMBLETON.
I'm hoping to make it to this year's reunion throughout the day. I will have to bring my own food for the evening as I am coeliac and cannot usually eat things from a chippy unless they are specifically doing gluten-free. This is a bore as I love fish and chips. Anyway, if it's OK for me to bring something to eat in the evening, I will be there.

Looking forward to seeing you, Joan

Letter received today 12-08-2017 ref Leslie Lack
Dear Mr Blower,
I have the sad duty to write and inform you that my father, Mr Leslie Lack 2016 died last year. I would be grateful if you could update your records accordingly.
My father wrote an wonderful account of his childhood some fifteen years ago. In it he records in great detail his life at the school, which was considerably
different to his prior experience growing up with foster parents in Suffolk. It is clear he was grateful for the learning opportunities which Goldings provided,
even though he was only at the School for a short time in 1941. I know he was pleased to have revisited the school site.
Andrew Lack (Son)
I hope your planned reunion goes well.
