Just had the sad news from Keith,his twin brother that Malcolm Brierley passed away in late December.They were both at Goldings in the early 50's in the sheet metalwork shop,and Malcolm was invited back to Goldings by Mr DeBoeck to take over his shop as he was retiring in 1965,and later Keith was to join his brother as assistant.I am sure many Old Boys and Staff will remember them.

I have been to Papworth to visit Brian, he was quite poorly but the following day he rallied round. The situation is that he was given antibiotics to help with his pneumonia, but if the situation gets worse all medical support will be withdrawn and the outcome is obvious, so let just all hope that this is not the case yet. He has arranged a party for close friends and family towards the end of this month, after that who knows. Neville Fletcher (his former House Captain of MacAndrew) has rang him, and bless him Tony (Angell) is visiting him tomorrow. If anyone feels they need to speak to him, Ellen (his wife) has gave me permission to put his phone number on the site 07951372378.
