Marina, confirm your address and your invite will be attended to for next year, as I would, with others like to think that the family of any old Goldings continue to be part of us,and to represent their father, and that our memory of them is still recalled on the day as I'm sure that would have been his wish. Our thought's go you and Woody family on such a sad occasion.

I would like to personally thank you all for your kind words and for Brian, Ellen and Tony for attending my fathers funeral on Tuesday. I know how humbled he would have been and would have been embarrassed by all the attention as he hated being centre of attention.. Even if he did seem to take the stage often he hated 'drama' but would have been thankful for your support. I'll be coming along to next years' reunion if someone can ensure I get the dates etc?

Many many thanks on behalf of Dad.

Marina

Funeral of Francis John (Woody)Woods. Tony Angell, myself and Ellen attended the funeral at tne City Of Cambridge Crematorium it was a Humanist affair. It was very sad but ozzed love,Ashley-Sky (woodys granddaughter) stood up at the front of everyone and read about her Grandfather, followed by messages from Paul,Elayne,Clyve,Fae and Marina and the whole family stood up to suppout Ami when she sung SOMEWHERE BETWEEN which was sung on her own with no music. The family requested no flowers but donations would be gratefully received in woodys name at Ward 3 at Addenbrookes Hospital for breathing equipment.
