This is a puzzle taken from one of the first Goldonians printed at Goldings.
(1)What is the greatest amount of current silver coins one can have without being able to change a 10/- note?
(remember this refers to £ s d)
(2)Seven apple women went to market with 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, and 140, apples respectively. They all sold their apples, charged exactly the same price, yet each brought back precisely the same amount of money.What was the price?

hi dave hows walsall now have you got ur dog back yet or was cookie a dog spoter from the cupboard.
any just like to know is chirs horenell still a carpenter if so has he still go his box.
when l was in the bandall l can rember that it was call the beds & herts regthe amalgamated before l came to goldings.
dose alan sibbons rember twise cant think of his frist name he was taken out of goldings.
