David the book of naughty boys should not be shown on the web,what the old boys have written about themselves and any punishment is ok,to publish names may not go down well with some of the lads.

For those who are not aware Barnardo's are moving part of their admin to another area of London,and amongst the items discovered by Martine is Mr Wheatleys punishment book from Goldings which they have sent to me in the post.Looking through it is very interesting reading!Dated from April the 1st 1945 (Thats the day Mr Wheatley and his family officially arrived) to July 1966! Many names from my era who I always thought were lickers are amongst us in the book for various reasons,but mainly running away (Bunking off) or smoking.David Blower,Peter Drummond,Tony Angell,and many others.I will start tommorrow morning to write out the list so you can all see if you were "naughty boys"
