John how right you are,last time we stayed at the White Horse,well just after they rang me to enquire had anyone taken towels,pillow case's,and sheets as they were missing, I said to them I don't know Mal made me put mine back!
Well blow me over with a feather,Drummond had got a stall on Chatham Market flogging them half price for cash,told them The Prince of Wales slept on them when he stayed at Goldings! they all thought he meant Charlie and Camilla! and still he hasn't paid me my half yet....your right John, they are tight.

To all my Goldings brothers, I thank you all for your kind wishes you have sent me for my birthday I will have a pint and a JD from you all in my local to-night just a couple each night until the end of January and as I do I'll put your name down in my little black book so I can collect after pay parade at the next reunion sorry Dave if that means the attendance is down as you know the tight gits wont be coming.
