found a pile of Goldings photos today in one of Joyces glory boxes dont know where they came from will bring them with me also a photo taken when I was admitted with my number 132282 it was taken at Stepney Causeway 60 odd years ago happy days!!

Dear o dear o dear,looks like the W.D. 40 is beginning to work with the "Kiss Curl brigade" They saunter in to the re-union all meek and reserved,drink all our booze and then slink off down the nearest pub,but now they can fill a telephone booth they are trying to asert there authority on us! not only do they now think they can sing! "The Sound of Music" come on get real, the sound of music more like "The Hounds of Caustic", we're trying to gain friends but if them pair get singing they'll clear Waterford! a tuning fork in their company would be a travesty of justice! and if that Forest supporter starts to sing in Austria he'll get deported.Get in touch with your local M.P.and warn them, Crocodile Donehisknee is coming to our shores in October, there must be somthing we can do to stop this Duo get together with Will Scarlet!

Just had a nice long chat with another Former Goldings boy from the 50s, Yes the Fifties, TERRY WHITEHEAD. ( some of you may have read his story in the latest edition of the Guild Messenger) I have his details if anybody remembers Terry but will not put them on the site for obvious reasons.
