I'm sorry to hear of John Horn's passing, and I send my condolences to his wife and family. I have known John from the reunions. I was at Goldings from 1962-65

Hi Dave,
Thank you for getting back in touch with the family, and I hope the sad news was not too much of a shock to you, or to the other Goldings members.
Details for the Funeral are as follows:
Thursday 9th April
A 2:00 pm Service will take place at Dukinfield Crematorium, Hall Green Rd., Dukinfield. SK16 4EP. It’s right at the end of the road.
After the service there will be a buffet provided at the Lowers Arm Public House, 301 Hyde Rd., Denton. M34 3FF.
Please could let us know the approximate numbers of people likely to attend the buffet at the Lowers Arms. Needless to say you are all welcome.

Hi Dave thank you for my Birthday wishes.
It was so sad once again to hear of another Brother John Horne our condolence goes to his Dear wife Mavis & family he will be missed at our Reunions as he as been for the last 2 or 3 years R.I.P. I shall not forget this day as John passed away on my Birthday .

Please pass my condolences on to John's family, he will be missed by many and mum always loved having him stay as he was a gentleman and it gave her someone to cook for. He has been missed over the last few years but as we all know it gets harder to travel as we get older long distance's. R.I.P John
