Thanks to both Davids and I have been communicating with Reg for some time. We plan to meet up in April when he comes over to the UK when visiting Nottingham & Melton. I also hope to do some promotion work on the sale of his book.
I am due to have a Cataract operation on January 26th and my main concern is that the rubbish Dave Barlow and I are seeing at the Forest matches will appear to be worse when I can see better!!
In the mean time, I am in hospital at the momment suffering from food poisoning after eating a Horse burger at my local pub, but the doctor says i'm stable.

David,I sent Alan the address shortly afterwards,but sent it to Alan on his own e-mail address,but many thanks for also sending it.
Walter Watkins (Stoke-on-Trent)is hoping someone can help him find his best friend from Goldings Gerald Stringer early 50's.He did contact him after Goldings, but then they lost touch with each other.I have e-mailed Barnardo's but Walter tells me they wanted to charge for a letter,so perhaps we can all help?

update of Aussie fires Tasmania has now lost 130 homes and still has many fires
Victoria has lost about 20 homes with many fires still out of control
NSW is surrounded by fires and Qld is now getting the heatwave and the fires many of them lit by firebugs still non near us but it got up to 36 today and in some places it has reached 50, god help them, fire started today by farmer driving over field in Victoria 9 homes lost and fire still out of control we pray for rain
