Hi everyone,
Margaret and I are celebrating our third wedding aniversary to-day and looking forward to the festive season.
We will be at the Barkingside Carol service tommorrow(21st December at 1pm) when the unvailing of that large painting will take place. Those who attended the 2011 Goldings reunion may remember Rosa, the artist in question, who spoke to many of us as she was gathering background information about Goldings and Barnardos, before putting her ideas onto canvas.
Margaret and I will be driving down to Spain on Saturday to spend Christmas in Lloret de Mar before returning to see in the new year, in Folkstone on our way back home.
In the mean time, we wish all Goldings old boy's, Staff and families a very happy,peaceful Christmas and a very prosperous 2013.

Just had a visit from Eric and his son he is out here helping his daughter who has broken her ankle with a 3yr old and an 8 month old baby she needed help he is on his way home Tuesday and then off to America to his sons wedding
The weather is great 28 today will have to get out an cut the grass but cricket is on so it can wait a bit

I was at Goldings 11 years and the school tie is something I have never seen or heard of. I will take this opportunity to wish all ex Goldings boys and their families wherever they happen to be in the world a really lovely Christmastime and a very Happy and Healthy New Year, you are always in my thoughts.
