Yes as I have said before we thank you, Dave,Mal,Ellen,also Peter Drummond,and partner Ann,for working so hard once again to make it another wonderful day.Once again I have sent a BIG THANK YOU, as one or two have asked me to do so to David & Denise (Goldings Residents) for a wonderful spread of food they put out for us. They said, as long as they are living there we are welcome. I shall be seeing them in the near future as they have asked me to come and pay them a visit. They said now they have got a new entrance to their home you don't have to go through the main door. It was great to meet up with David Wheatley once again, he made it my day by saying he remembers me as one of the first Boys he remembers on his first arrival to Goldings. I also remember you coming don't know what date it was.,David as one may have said to you before ,your Dad {Pin Head} was a lot better than the Head Master we had prior Mr McDonald. I did not have a great deal to do with him. David you know you were at Goldings some 21 years a lot longer than any of us so you see it was your home as well of ours so when you come to the Reunion its you going home again, so you see David you are one of our Brothers and you cannot get away from us. As we all know, Christmas is coming so have a GREAT TIME, Roll on Next Reunion.

Another very special day on Saturday amongst a unique family! I always come away emotionally enriched and very proud that my father is remembered with such respect and appreciation. He saw his 21 years at Goldings as the fulfillment of his life and nothing would have made him happier than to know that you all still meet again 45 years after the school closed down. I too look back with great warmth to the days when I put down my own roots among the boys at Goldings - it was indeed a privilege. See you all next year.
