Hi Dave, sorry I have not been to active on this page for a while as I have been in Hospital for operation for Prostate after it was cancelled twice, came out today Saturday. Got to wait 3 weeks for results so keeping my fingers & legs crossed for good news at the moment. I do not know if I will will be there on our big Day, that will be the 2nd one I have missed, but there is still time on my side

Just a quick reminder to everyone that The Goldings under 14s Memorial Cup Final will now be held 20th September at 7pm kick off at the Letchworth ground. I unable make it this year due the closeness of the Reunion,any Goldings Old Boy,Staff and Family would be made very welcome and I would like to think in some way we were represented.Your contact on the day is David Willacy.

Today I was contacted by an Old Boy Leslie Lack who arrived at Goldings in 1940,he lives in London but says "I'm to old to attend the re-union at 86! Read his story on the story page "Life at Goldings" He was in Somerset and trained as a Cabinet Maker, but when he left Goldings he became a Printer. I promised to send him a d.v.d. and other items concerning Goldings
