Due to the still ongoing problems with the server for the site we were unable on their relevant date's to wish Alan and Paul happy birthday, but I tend to think at their age after counting up on their fingers that by the time they get to their age they had forgot how many fingers they had counted!and candles on the cake! they would have had to buy a job lot!with their lottery winnings.

Many thanks to Keith Tovel(Elkins) for helping Rodney Mitchell out, an old boy who now is in a Care Home in Kent and gets no visitor apparently from his family, but was overjoyed when I rang him to talk about Goldings,and the pictures I sent him along with the C.D's and D.V.D.'s which I am told he watch's reguarly and has cheered him up no end, and Keith is hoping to call on him with all of our best wish's from G.O.B.I look forward from hearing of his visit! many thanks Keith from all of us.

Hi all, am up and about again was rushed to Gold Coast Hospital with severe chest pains 3 days later I was being transferred to the PA hospital in Brisbane a 5 bypass operation has kept me quiet for the past 10 days, am on the improve but it will be a couple of months before I am out and about
