Hello Roma and Bob, and the young man with you, he has shot up!since the last time I saw him. Yes it was a very quick "Hello" last time me and you were that quick was in old " Embo's" orchard when we were collecting apples!! so they wern't wasted!! and I got stung! I have never seen two pupils of the school climb a tree back into Somerset! so fast We should had a Gold Medal off the Prefects for such an event! So nice to see you,keep in touch both of you.

Elle Simmons, possible third gold today! Were she from? Walsall! She also attended my Grandson's school, Cooper and Jordan in Aldridge and no doubt like as before she will call back to the school to show the children her Gold Medals,well done Elle.

Hi Dave it was so nice to catch up just for a short time but time gets short every time we come home before we know we are seating on the plane flying back to the Bahamas so you have my vote and go ahead and get the badges we will get to a reunion one day

Hi angell, Just read your message. This will be the fourth time the village has taken part in the event and I met a number of former Barnardo boys and girls, including one from Goldings at last years event. during the day there are conducted tours, film show,visit the heritage museum in Cambridge Cottage and there are refreshments in the church and lots more. It is a nice and informal day and I'm sure you will enjoy the day. It would be nice to see more Goldings boys there. You can find out more by going to www.londonopenhouse.org I will be there all weekend and look forward to seeing you.I'm also looking forward to October 6th.

Hi Dave, and all.Just read Alan's message about Barnardo's Open House.I wasn't aware they still have an open day.It must be 6/7 years ago when we all meet up for the day. I will attend on at least the Saturday.Last time I met Old Boys I hadn't seen for years from Foley house,my home before Goldings.Alan I'll keep an eye out for you, see you all on the 6th.Oct.Tony
