Hi all it is with regret I have had phone call from Ivy, John Dunmore's Wife to say John passed away early Dec & the Funeral will take place today in Finchley London he had a long illness with Dementia, he was at Golding's around 1941-4 he was 91 .

David (Wheatley) I think we would all be delighted if you spoke about the Goldings Family in the service on our behalf at Waterford and possibly on the blinkered thinking by Dr Barnardo's after closing it without taking in the wonderful work by the Staff over all those years,Dave Blower,my personal opinion alongside many other of that I am sure,50 years ago since it was closed next year 2017.

I watched the BBC News Programme this evening about the Barnardo children buried in unmarked graves and found it quite moving. My warmest congratulations to Jean for achieving so much over a ten year period. You are a wonderful example of the spirit and endeavour which exists within our special and unique family.
