Malcolm emails sent and recieved

Either march us up from Waterford Church to Goldings (with the residents permission) or failing that, outside the Church or a lone Bugler playing last post and other tunes associated with the school which I can forward to who ever, but ideally the first option.
The event will be Saturday 7th October 2017 with the service at Waterford Church starting about 11'o'clock subject once again with the Verger O.K. (she hasn't been in touch with me to date)
The Event will be outdoors.
At Waterford Church.
Hopefully round about 100 people including family and friends attending.
All this information and permission if it's granted I would need to know July 2017 at the latest to enable me to have the invites printed in time. Many thanks Malcolm with your prompt feedback.

Please see below, if you let me have the answers, I will pass them on. Bob is a very experienced and very accomplished musician so I sought his advice before passing on details of any band. I know this is a work in progress but just an outline would help.

Can you give me the details please?.......What is required for the band to do?........When is the event?.....indoors or outside? What/where is the venue?.....how big is the event in terms of proposed attendance etc?.......When do you need to know by? Plus any other detail you can provide and I will see what I can do......no promises!

Dear Dave,
It is with great sadness that I am writing to you but my father passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday the 8th of November at 3.23am. He passed away due to complications to do with Parkinson's disease which dad had. He was still in Barnet general hospital where he had been since 10th of September.

I have been up to Goldings today to have a walk around and I managed to see the carving on the door which dad always spoke of,
"None come to early None return to late"
Although my memory may have got this wrong but I thought there was also an inscription over the door too but
I could not find this. Can I thank you for the Goldings cup you gave to my father at the reunion which he
attended, he treasured this very much and so will I.
Thanks for the information about connections, they have told me that dad was in Goldings between May 1942 to June 1943 and I know he studied engineering.
Although they could not tell me anything else due to data protection and I will have to do this through the connection website now dad has passed.
