Dave. read your note re Bugle Calls. I wasn't in either Cadets or Band, but we use to get Reveille to wake us,soemtimes we had a Mess Call for Meal Times, Last Post or retreat "Sunset" for end of day, and I believe we had one to call us to the Parade Ground. Try putting reveille into your computer then scroll down to Bugle Call Reveille it may help you. I have not forgot the photos or a little write up. Regards Keith.

Sounds very good to me Dave.As you say it gives the girls a rest and be able to enjoy the evening along with us.
Good luck Peter and make a speedy recover.
Alan Dearman you seem to be a very busy
chap. I am not a chemist and have no problem converting my whiskey.
Take care all and will see you at our reunion.

Talking to the Goldings residents they are very keen for someone to play all the bugle calls as in the past from the step that we used, also they want to know all the tunes and what they instructed us to react to them.I wasn't in the Cadets but I do recall "Lights Out" "Come to the Cookhouse Door" "Reveille" and Brian Cunningham said there was "Flag Up" and "Flag Down" any others would be welcome. If we can't find anyone I will record them, but I do need someone to play "Last Post" at the Memorial Service in Waterford Church! it must be an Old Boys! a recording would not really set the tone.I have now got a contact at Watton-at Stone to do the Hog Roast for us if everyone is in agreement I will book it, £550-00 including serving us, which does allow the women more time to enjoy the day Dave.
