Hi everyone, I was at the Imperial War Museum at Duxford yesterday speaking at a Barnardo event. I was not aware until the end, that sitting in the audience of around 70 people, was another former Goldings old boy, Bill Harris and his wife. Bill and I were able to spend some time chatting over lunch about our time at Goldings and the photo's of Goldings contained in my powerpoint presentation, brought back some memories. Unfortunately, Bill will not be at this years reunion as he will be visiting family in Hong Kong. Another person in the Audience was a Gent who lives in Hertford(I think he said Welwn Hill)and he remembers the Cadet Band marching through the town. The day ended with Margaret and I taking a flight on a Dragon Rapide Aeroplane which was fantastic

ANGELL
Hi Bob thanks for your reply, always good to hear from you. Dave phoned Peter to see if he had any problems with the front page, and all was ok, so in Daves words its at my end. I should have known, as I can get the page up on my phone.
How is your Winter in Oz, you know I lived in Sydney for 12 years, when they found out I wasn't a criminal they deported me!, only joking. Went to that Pub in the Rocks where they have the names of all the criminal's who were deported on the first fleet sent, and I was disappointed my name wasn't there like most of the tourists and the Oz's the same, but guess what, I found my name Angell on the list of officers. I was going to say thats "Fair Dinkum" but not sure if thats the right spelling.
All the best, to all the boys.
Tony.
