Alan,the reason theres only your group in the White Hart! it's because we're all stopping in the WHITE HORSE.It happens to be a little up market than the White Hart,but no wonder your stopping there I've checked their prices 6 bob a night! including Pongy for breakfast,and a surcharge for Forest supporters as they are well known for pinching the towels!

Hi Tony talking about a Steva always reminds me when I was at Goldings I used to sell fags, the cheap ones like Woodbines or Weights or Robin & Turf I used to sell them for a Duce cash or a Joey friday. & the dearer ones like Players & Captains full strength you could sell for a joey cash or 4pence Friday. I used to make enough to go & see my sister once a month in Slough. So you giving me a Steva is not much with today's prices so you are a tight old git see you soon. Len

Well Len, when Dave told me we were going to have pongy and bread pudding for dinner [just for nostalgia]I decided I'll go down the fish and chips shop in Hertford. So I'll be taking orders for a trip down the chippy. See you all in 8 weeks time.
