Spoke to Ellen (Brian Perrier,s wife)today and it seems that Brian could be on the mend after being a whisker away from us, and the doctor can,t understand how he pulled through, but lets face it he didn't go to Goldings.... so he wouldn't understand. They are now hoping to move him to Papworth Hospital to try and speed up his recovery.

Hi Pop, I would like to say that I am sorry to hear that Brian Balderson your very good friend, the boy who christened you "pop" has died.
There must be 100,s of boys out there who know you affectionately as Pop.
They may not all come to the reunions, like me, for years I did not know there were reunions.
I'm sure I met Brian once at a reunion 3 or 4 years ago and he told me how he had stayed in touch with you, from the time he left Goldings.
