I well remember Snowy White he had a cane in his desk he called it "Sweet William", the other teacher I remember was called "Pick roll Flick" just can not recall his name he was a crack shot with the blackboard rubber as I found to my peril on more than one occasion.

HI DAVE
Printers didnt get it wrong Dave I was known as that untill 49, then they changed my name and added a year to my age,( much to my disgust) as it meant leaving Goldings for the RAF, Though that was like Goldings(sport sport sport). It was nice to see the names from those very happy days again, George Vallance was a wonderful leader and sportsman. Allan Blackburn(who came after me) was another wonderful sportsman, and moved on to play football for West Ham United.Because of you and your families hard work on your webbsite these happy memories are brought back to us, thanks again Dave keep up the good work. Let the Good Times Roll
My mates missus left him last Thursday.
She said she was going out for a pint of milk and never came back.
I asked him how he was coping?
"Not bad I've been using the powdered stuff!"

Took my wife for coffee and biscuits yesterday afternoon. She wasn't grateful at all. Apparently she didn't want to give any blood.!
