Dave, It was 6.45 this moring when I read the sad news that we wont be seeing Jimmy again. but I had to go to work,now I'm home,I dont know what to say, I'm gutted and I'm thinking why does this happen just before we're due to see him again.
My thoughts are with his family,and I hope Joan can get it together to come to the Reunion. Jimmy will not be forgotten.

It is with deep regret that I heard of the death of Jimmy James although I only met him twice at the bench and last years reunion I could see that he was highly respected by all goldings old boys and had my respect also.
Mavis and I send our sincere condolences to his wife and family.

The news about Jimmy James was shattering, my sympathy and love goes out to Joan and family. He will be such a big miss.
We have lost John Hunt, Bob Newton and now Jimmy in such a short time. It is to their memory that we must keep the reunions etc. going.
