if you go scrumping, going out of bounds, going on birds island, climbing the roofs, pinching embos prize winning apples what he should have shown at the chelsea flower show, also when i met girls in hertford i would ask what milk milk lemonade meant, stealing push bikes in hertford, free train rides from hertford north to kingscross, shop lifting, and doing bunks, the list is endless thats the reason i wasn't a ball boy

I have a mate that was at Euston Hall in Norfolk in the 1940's. I overheard this on the golf coarse.Three Goldings Old Boys were having a round of golf.One of them complained that the "The hills are too high" The other said "The bunkers were too deep" The third one said "Shut up! at least we're on the right side of the grass"
