I've just looked at friends reunited for Goldings,in that era 1950,s and found 6/7 boys that he might remember.
It's now free to contact them.

Dear Dave,
Please excuse the subject saying URGENT but I really hope you can respond today if possible.
My father in law was at Goldings between :
September 1947 until May 1951
His name is Peter Bloor
He is desperately trying to ascertain whether or not anybody from the same time period will be attending the Reunion Day in October. He obviously would love to attend if he could meet up with people that he spent time there with.
Is there a way of you finding out this information ?
The reason I mark this as URGENT is because I go away tomorrow for a week and would love to give my father in law some feedback today on the matter because I know how much this means to him.

I will be at Bakingside from about 1.30pm. on Sunday 14th. I am doing a reading at the service. The last time I did a reading, was on Sunday January 4th 1959, at the morning service, the day I left Goldings! It's possible that I may have to dash off before the end of proceedings as I am attending the BBC's "big sing" songs of praise at the Royal Albert Hall which begins at 6pm. After which I will be driving to Dover for the Midnight ferry to Calais, then driving to Spain for a couple of weeks but will be back in time for the Goldings re-union on Oct 4th. Look forward to seeing as many old boys as possible at both events.

I'll be at Barkingside on Sunday. I'm hoping to find Foley House, and Goldings old boys that just maybe haven't got a computer, and aren't aware of the forth coming reunions.
Foley House reunion is next Saturday,
